Will you be doing another restock?

Yes! Thanks to your overwhelming support and love for the Casserole Collection, I will be doing a restock. Subscribe to my emails for when that will happen.

How long does shipping take?

Once items are in the mail, shipping may take 1-5 business days (please note that during the holiday season, there could be some unexpected delays). You’ll be notified of when your purchase has been sent!

How do I take care of my items?

All products are built to last! You can run them in the wash and iron them without fear of ruining the designs.

What is this paper on my item?

With embroidery, during the process you may see some backing (or stabilizer). Stabilizer helps keep your piece from puckering. There are two types of stabilizers - tearaway and cutaway. Tearaway may leave some tiny pieces of paper that will go away with a wash. Cutaway will stay on your piece forever. If you have any cutaway, it will get softer the more your piece is worn and washed.

I felt a little bit of stickiness, is that normal?

Yep! I use a spray on adhesive to get the backing on there so your item stays nice and flat when it runs through the machine. However, if you feel some tackiness left behind, a quick wash or rinse will get rid of it no problem!

I don’t see my size! What do I do?

I want to be as inclusive as possible so if you don’t see your size, just send me a message and I’m happy to accommodate that. If your size is something I don’t have in stock, please allow a few days for me to acquire your size.
